In launching this network, our objective is to provide a forum where point of views on development which concern the lives of citizens are expressed by people from different horizons. The network will comprise a number of tools: a Wiki which can be enriched by selected articles and the ensuing comments, a Blog where there will be leading articles, a learning tool which will eventually become a place where knowledge sharing can take place and ultimately, a collections of social networks. Rules and code of conducts will be codified by users as the network develops.
